Speaking about our long-term partnership with RS Integrated Supply (RS), Kelly York COO of The Curve Group says:
“Since our recruitment partnership with RS Integrated Supply began 11 years ago, we have spent a significant amount of time developing our account management strategy to ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional, long-term and value packed recruitment process outsource service for them which could stand the test of time.
To date, as a result of our partnership, we have generated significant recruitment savings, sourced 1150+ talented new employees, reduced PSL agency reliance to less than 5%, and improved the quality of hire and time to hire all whilst executing a comprehensive range of initiatives to drive forward improvements and add sustainable value. For example, we have co-shaped and mobilised a bespoke ‘grow your own’ Leaders In Fast Track programme to increase leadership talent and even established bespoke European hiring methodologies to deliver talent in new markets.

Our location on a farm in rural Hinton-In-The-Hedges allows our employees to enjoy lunchtime walks across the fields, and visits from the resident horses, chickens, and cats!
This summer we celebrated our 20th Anniversary, marking two decades of continuous evolution, innovation, and opportunity for our employees. Next week we will be celebrating our achievements in true Curve style and I can’t wait to use this as a wonderful opportunity to say thank you to each and every member of our amazing team.”
Whilst the landscape looks set to remain challenging for HR and Talent Acquisition professionals and internal teams for the foreseeable, we are already starting to look ahead to what 2025 holds and how we can continue to best support our customers whilst also investing in our team.
