Just Group Appoint The Curve Group As HR Outsource Partner in 3 Year Deal
6th May 2021: The Curve Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned HR and Recruitment outsourcing and consultancy provider, announces today it has been appointed by the retirement specialist, Just Group to provide a three-year HR Outsource solution for their 1000+ employees.

In 2020 Just Group commenced a competitive tender process to identify a single organisation that could deliver a flexible, scalable, value for money and best in class HR administration and employee relations service for them. The scope of the required service included delivery of both HR operations administration for all employees, as well as provision of an employee relations advice service for Leaders and Line Managers within the business. Following a rigorous procurement process, The Curve Group was successfully selected as Just Group’s preferred HR Outsource provider.
