Gatehouse Bank Extends RPO Partnership With The Curve Group For A 6th Consecutive Year
12th November 2024: The Curve Group has announced today that Gatehouse Bank has extended the term of its Recruitment Process Outsource solution. The extension marks the 6th consecutive year in partnership, which first commenced in 2018. As a result of the RPO solution and efficiencies gained, the Bank has secured over 360 new hires.
Gatehouse Bank is an ethical, UK challenger bank offering Shariah-compliant savings products for UK customers as well as UK residential property finance for UK residents, UK expats and international homebuyers and landlords.
The Curve Group will continue to manage Gatehouse Bank’s end-to-end recruitment process, aiding the Bank to consistently attract and engage top talent. The partnership also continues to help Gatehouse enhance its employer brand visibility in what remains a competitive talent pool.
